Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
